Operate and Master: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to exact specifications.
Precision & Quality: Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure every part meets strict quality control standards.
Innovate & Improve: Troubleshoot and make real-time adjustments to machine settings, tooling, and programs to optimize performance and quality.
Collaborate: Work closely with project managers and engineers in a team-focused environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain & Oversee: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and manage related inventory and production logs.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

Experience: We train in-house; no experience is needed, but it is helpful
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment: Dedication to workplace safety procedures and a strong work ethic.
Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
